We are writing to invite you to be a part of a uniquely innovative project that will reach hundreds of local
residents and scare even more! Darkest Dreams Entertainment and the East Metro Arts and Culture Council
(EMACC), a 501c3 arts organization, are teaming up with Gresham Little Theater to bring the Family 3D Black
Light and the Adults Only Viral Damnation, haunted theater attractions to the East County.

There are no community based attractions in our area quite like this one! These shows not only celebrate local
special effects talent they will showcase this wickedly fun holiday AND provide funds for a beloved local
community theater company; the Gresham Little Theater. Alcohol free, low cost, this is just the community
event needed to capture the spirits of residents and provide some scary theatrical entertainment!

We are expecting 4,000 to 10,000 people to attend this event. Our marketing crew of thirty enthusiastic young
people and some (very well connected) Oregon based artists will engage in a variety of wacky gorilla
marketing activities over sixty days leading to Halloween. The event will run four weekends in October plus
Halloween! Admission is $8 per adult and $5 per child with 25% of all proceeds going to Gresham Little Theater
for much needed repairs, future community events and children's programs!

We have selected you as a potential sponsor for the Family 3D Black Light and Adults Only Viral Damnation,
theater attractions because we can provide you with a solid marketing opportunity and an 'out
side the box' community perception that fits your customer base. The economy is tight and by working
together we think this event will give you a new boost. No matter what, your company is well known to our
target audience and it will not only expand your image and link you to a fantastic Halloween attraction it will
really expand our fundraising efforts!

If your company decides to provide a fully tax deductible sponsorship we have three sponsor options to select
from;



*Level 4: Sponsors of $1000 or more will be provided with up to twenty free tickets, posters and company logo
on all promotional materials, on our web site and in all our marketing efforts in addition to copies of
promotional materials and display posters for business display

*Level 3: sponsors of $500 will be provided ten free tickets, posters and company logo on all promotional
materials, on our web site and in all our marketing efforts in addition to copies of promotional materials and
display posters for business display.

*Level 2: sponsors of $300 will be provided five free tickets, will have logos on the event posters and the web
site and be provided two complimentary tickets, copies of promotional materials and display posters for
business display.

*Level 1: In-kind donations and or direct support items for the show will be included in all press information
and in the on-site event signage.

Here is something about us and our partners:

Darkest Dreams Entertainment is a haunted house based company and has worked with major haunts and
festivals in Portland; Portland Pirate Festival, Screamland, Hysteria City, and Scream at the Beach.  This year
we bring our first ever independent haunt to the East County, filling the need for a truly professional Halloween
event and supporting a great little local theater company.

East Metro Arts and Culture Council has been a locally led volunteer organization that has worked to support
and bring arts activities and events to the East County for over twenty years. Supported entirely by grant
funding, event proceeds and local donations programs and services reach over 6000 residents every year.

Gresham Little Theater has been a funny, warm and welcoming community theater for amateur and
professional thespians from throughout the East Metro area since 1999. The theater itself is located in the
oldest Grange in the state of Oregon; Gresham Grange. Through countless donations and volunteer hours the
building was reborn. No matter what, upkeep is expensive and money is desperately needed for a new grange
roof. Our work with Darkest Dreams will help us save a historical building and continue to provide a much
needed community theater program for children and families throughout our area.
